Epigenetic AgeRate Test
Epigenetic AgeRate Test
This novel DNA biomarker test measures 10,000 markers in your DNA called ‘methylation’ to predict your biological age and how fast you are ageing.
Your biological age is more accurate at predicting health span (how healthy you are) and lifespan (how long you will live) than any previous molecular biomarker and can be correlated to ageing-related conditions such as Alzheimer’s disease and cancer.
Ideally, everyone wants their biological age to be less than their chronological age. This means that you are correctly activating your Longevity Gene network and living a lifestyle that is healthy and will help you stay free of sickness and disease longer.
This test provides a single metric that takes all the important health data (weight, sex, medication, exercise frequency, etc.) about you and can report back in one single metric how healthy you are!
Most people find they are much older than their chronological age – some people by many decades! Our aim is to reverse your biological age and improve the expression of your genetic code, so you become younger than your chronological age.
After measuring the 10,000 methylation markers in your DNA with the Epigenetic AgeRate Test, you will be provide with a 21-page report listing the state of the 4 crucial methylation areas that have been evaluated –
- How your immune system is functioning and regulating itself. This is important as you age as we see elderly people, not dying from the chronic diseases they might have such as diabetes or heart disease, but from an infection that the body can’t get on top of. Thymus activity and white blood cell manufacturing are vital to keep your defences in prime condition.
- The quality of your diet and daily food choices. What are you feeding your microbiome? How many nutrient deficiencies are you developing? Are you assimilating and utilising the macro and micronutrient that you are providing your body. Hippocrates (the Father of Medicine) said this quote back around 460BC “Let food be thy medicine, and let medicine be thy food”
- How you are dealing with Chronic Inflammation. How much and for how long have you been dealing with chronic low-grade inflammation? How much inflammation is present? What tissue or cellular damage is being caused? Where is this inflammation coming from (eg diet, injury, stress)?
- What is your Metabolic Health like? How much fat are you carrying that is impacting the long-term health of your blood, liver, pancreas, and heart.
